It's Really Happening!
I'm starting to believe that we're really going to get to live in this house one day! Things are starting to happen quickly now! April 9, 2019 Elevator parts were delivered and left in the atrium awaiting someone to assemble and install them. April 10, 2019 12:27PM The appliances arrived! The bathroom vanities had to be moved to the appropriate floors using a fork lift. April 12, 2019 3:47PM Kitchen Cabinets were installed! April 12, 2019 4:24PM We selected the pavers for the driveway. April 17, 2019 10:52AM The master vanities were installed. It was a tight fit. With the vanity top, the vanity measured slightly more than the 72 inch opening, requiring the sheetrock to be trimmed. The workmen were complaining about how heavy the vanities were. They made a point to tell me that each vanity weighs 400 pounds. I replied, "I know! My husband and I moved them by ourselves into storage." They didn't say too much more after th
