Third Floor Walls

You won't really be able to tell much difference in the pictures, but the concrete has been poured into the third floor walls! July 18, 2018 3:14 PM These pictures show the empty 3rd floor styrofoam forms in place and waiting for the pour. July 20, 2018 Our builder advised that a concrete truck came to pour the walls but the pumper truck never showed up, so an entire truck of concrete was wasted. July 23, 2018 12;00 PM The builder told us that the pumper truck and concrete trucks were scheduled for 11:00 AM on Monday.  They were late arriving, so we took the opportunity to make the treacherous climb up the ladder to get a peek at the 3rd floor. Third Floor! The third floor walls are almost ready to be poured now and the framing for the 2nd floor is done! June 28, 2018 1:00PM We wanted to watch them pour the concrete for the floor of the 3rd level but we just got there as they were finishing up.  Our neighbors let me climb out onto their upstairs balcony to get some pictures of them smoothing it out.   July 9, 2018 11:44AM Nothing much happened over the previous couple of weeks.  Probably a combination of the July 4th holiday and allowing time for the floor of the 3rd level to dry properly.  Anyway, work started again on the 9th, building the 3rd floor walls.
