Green's Light is No More
I am getting ready to deactivate the AirBNB listing for the Lighthouse. I wanted to preserve the pictures, description and reviews to look back on. While we had it in the rental market from February through November 2016, we had numerous bookings. At first, we used ERA to manage the property because the previous owners had used them. We had 11 ERA bookings totaling 65 nights between 2/26/2016 & 6/4/2016. We paid ERA a 25% commission on the rentals. In June, we started managing the property ourselves using AirBNB as our booking engine. From 6/4/2016 to 11/28/2016, we had 25 AirBNB bookings for a total of 101 nights. The AirBNB Fee was only 3.6%. We only had one friend who was a paying guest. We gave him a 20% friend discount. We had 16 reviews with an average rating of 4.5 Stars!
